Education
In 2009, graduated Moscow Institute of Humanities and Economics (Certificate of recognition in Ukraine of a foreign educational document dated 05.01.2018 Number N-64-18);
In 2025 graduated from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv with a Master’s degree in Public Management and Administration.

2011 – Legal Adviser at the Political Party “Ukraine of the Future”
2011 – 2019 – Founder and Member of the Board at NGO “Association of Christian Lawyers of Ukraine”
2012 – 2013 – Lawyer at the International Public Organization “Our Heritage”
2015 – 2019 – Chairman of the Board at the Public Union “Our Right”; Assistant to the MP
2016 – 2019 – Founder of LLC “Gren & Partners”; Chairman of the Board of the Charitable organization “Charitable Foundation for Good”

On October 4, 2019, was appointed as a Member of the Central Election Commission by Resolution of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, Number 175-IX. On the same day, took the oath of a member of the Central Election Commission.
Appointed to be responsible for overseeing the execution of powers of the Central Election Commission in the Volyn and Mykolaiv Regions.
Responsible for coordination of:
Commission’s interaction with political parties
Control of compliance by political parties with the requirements of the legislation on elections and referendums
Equal application and improvement of legislation concerning elections and referenda for political parties
Implementation and protection of constitutional electoral rights of citizens of Ukraine and the right to participate in referenda, electoral and referendum processes rights of subjects and the equal application of Ukrainian legislation during referenda campaigning, including the use of mass media of all forms of ownership and the Internet. Coordination of the Commission’s input on parliamentary legislation
