Born on September 26, 1986 in Kyiv

Education

In 2008 graduated Ivan Franko National University of Lviv, Law faculty, Faculty of International Relations with a Master’s degree in Law and International Economic Relations.

Career

2008 – Chief Specialist of the Legal and Personnel Department of the State Department of Environmental Protection in the Lviv Region

2008 – 2013 – Chief Consultant of the Commission’s Representation Department in the Courts of Legal Management of the Central Election Commission’s secretariat

2013– 2014 – Assistant to the MP of Ukraine

2015 – 2018 – Head of the Division for monitoring activities of local authorities and supporting their legislative initiatives in the Department of local self-government and decentralization at Administration of the President of Ukraine

2018 – 2019 – Member of the Central Election Commission

PhD in Law. In 2011, defended a thesis on administrative proceedings in cases concerning appeals against decisions, actions or omissions of election commissions during the preparation and conduct of elections in Ukraine.

Awarded the Diploma of the Central Election Commission and the Gratitude of the Central Election Commission.

On October 4, 2019, appointed as a Member of the Central Election Commission by Resolution of the Verkhovna Rada, Number 184-IX. On the same day, took the oath of a member of the Central Election Commission and was elected Deputy Chairman of the Central Election Commission.

Appointed to be responsible for overseeing the execution of powers of the Central Election Commission in Kyiv.

Responsible for coordination of:

Methodological and legal support of the Central Election Commission and the work of election commissions and commissions on all-Ukrainian referenda

Representation of the Commission’s interests in courts

Legislative support of the Commission’s activities

Upon the order or instruction of the Chairman of the Central Election Commission, exercise certain powers of the Chairman of the Commission provided by the Law of Ukraine “On the Central Election Commission”, the Rules of Procedure of the Central Election Commission and Resolution of the Central Election Commission Number 1930 “On Distribution of Duties among the Members of the Central Election Commission” dated 22 October 2019, in the absence of the Chairman of the Commission or inability of the Chairman of the Commission to exercise their powers.
