Born on July 28, 1982, in the Pechenizhyn village of the Kolomyia District in the Ivano Frankivsk Region

2005 – 2006 – Senior Analyst and Methodological Specialist, Chief Specialist of the Legal Department, Chief Legal Adviser of the Kyiv Bankruptcy Department at the Ministry of Economy of Ukraine
2006 – Legal Adviser at the Ecotrade Ukraine OJSC
2007 – Lawyer at the NGO Educational Legal Center
2008 – 2009 and 2012 – Legal Adviser at the Collegium Legal Group LLC
2012 – 2019 – Assistant to the MPs of Ukraine

In 2012 certified to practice law.
In 2007, 2008, 2010, 2012, 2014, 2015, 2016 and 2019, was involved in pro bono work in the legal departments of the central election headquarters of political parties to provide legal support to election campaigns during the regular presidential elections, regular, snap and midterm elections of people’s deputies of Ukraine, regular local elections, early elections of deputies of the Kyiv City Council and the Kyiv Mayor.
2014 – Authorized representative of the Kyiv city organization of a political party during the snap elections of deputies for the Kyiv City Council and the Kyiv Mayor on May 25, 2014.
2014 –Assistant to the candidate for Kyiv City Council during midterm elections on January 25, 2015.
October 4, 2019, was appointed as a Member of the Central Election Commission by Resolution of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Number 172-IX. On the same day took the oath of a Member of the Central Election Commission and was elected secretary of the Central Election Commission.
Appointed to be responsible for overseeing the execution of powers of the Central Election Commission in Kyiv in the Dnipropetrovsk Region

Overseeing the documentation of the Central Election Commission, bringing the decisions of the Commission, orders and instructions of the Chairman of the Central Election Commission to the attention of the members of the Commission, election commissions, referendum commissions, state and local self-government bodies, enterprises, institutions, organizations, their officials and employees, subjects of the election and referendum process, as well as providing relevant information to the media by the procedure established by law
Ensuring compliance by election and referendum commissions with requirements of Ukrainian legislation on elections and referenda with an emphasis on election commissions and documentation of their activities
