Born on November 8, 1972, in the Vyshenky village in Boryspil District in the Kyiv Region

Education

In 1991 graduated Kyiv City Teacher Training College as a Primary School Teacher.

In 2000 graduated Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv with a degree in Law.

Career

1991 – 1996 – Primary school teacher at the Hnidyn Secondary Ukrainian National School, Boryspil District, Kyiv Region

1996 – 1998 – Investigator at the Investigative Department of the Soviet District Department of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in Kyiv

1998 – 2003 – Assistant to MP of Ukraine

2003 – 2019 – Chief Consulting Officer at the Legal Department of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine

PhD in Law (2006), Doctor of Law (2014), Professor (2018).

2006 – 2016 – Senior Lecturer, Associate Professor, Professor of Civil Law and Procedure at the Ukrainian State University of Finance and International Trade.

2010 – 2015 – Lecturer at the Department of Justice, Associate Professor in the Department of Notary and Enforcement Process and Advocacy, Faculty of Law, Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv.

2016 – Professor of International Private, Commercial and Civil Law at the Kyiv National University of Trade and Economics.

Since 2016 – Professor of the Department of Private Law at the University of Modern Knowledge; Professor of the Institute of Postgraduate Education of the Taras Shevchenko National University in Kyiv.

Member of specialized scientific councils for the defense of dissertations for the degree of Doctor of Law at King Danylo University and the Institute of International Relations of the Taras Shevchenko National University in Kyiv.

Author and co-author of more than 200 scientific publications, including monographs, scientific and practical commentaries, textbooks, scientific manuals, as well as scientific articles in journals included in Scopus and Web of Science databases.

Member of the editorial boards of the scientific journal Private and Public Law, and the collection of scientific works, State and Law.

Speaks English (upper-intermediate level).

On October 4, 2019, was appointed as a Member of the Central Election Commission by Resolution of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Number 180-IX. On the same day, took the oath of a Member of the Central Election Commission.

Appointed to be responsible for overseeing the execution of powers of the Central Election Commission in the Khmelnytsky and Chernihiv Regions.

Responsible for coordination of:

Summarizing the practice and preparation of proposals on uniform application and improvement of legislation during the organization of parliamentary elections

Consultative and methodological support of election commissions for parliamentary elections

Implementation and protection of electoral rights of citizens of Ukraine, compliance with principles of the election process provided by the Constitution and Laws of Ukraine, control over compliance with the requirements of the legislation of Ukraine on the parliament elections in Ukraine.
