Born on November 26, 1979 in Vinnytsia

Education

In 2002 graduated Yuri Fedkovych National University of Chernivtsi with a degree in Law.

In 2005 graduated Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv and qualified as an economist with a degree in finance.

Career

1997 – 1999 – Legal adviser at the Ukrzhitloservis LLC

2002 – 2008 – Legal adviser at the Brain Group LLC

In 2006 certified to practice law

2008 – 2010 – Head of the Legal Department of the Atlas Word Building Systems Ukraine LLC

2012 – 2019 – Private notary of the Kyiv notarial district

On October 4, 2019, appointed as a Member of the Central Election Commission by Resolution of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, Number 170-IX. On the same day, took the oath of a Member of the Central Election Commission.

Appointed to be responsible for overseeing the execution of powers of the Central Election Commission in the Odesa Region

Responsible for coordination of:

Legal and organizational support for the establishment and functioning of Central Election Commission regional offices

Activities of official observers from international states and organizations during preparation and administration of elections of the President of Ukraine, the Verkhovna Rada, national referenda, local elections and referenda; and equal application and improvement of Ukrainian legislation

Implementation of the latest information technologies in the activities of election commissions, organization and functioning of the electronic document management system to support the Commission’s activities.
