Born on May 8, 1980, in the city of Sniatyn, Ivano Frankivsk Region

Education

In 2002 graduated Law Faculty of the Yuri Fedkovych National University of Chernivtsi with a degree in Law.

In 2019 graduated National Academy of Public Administration under the President of Ukraine with a Master’s Degree in Public Administration Management.

Since 2018 – a postgraduate student in the doctoral and postgraduate programs of the National Academy of Internal Affairs.

Career

2003 – 2014 – Assistant to MP of Ukraine in the Verkhovna Rada

2007 – Legal Adviser, First Deputy Head of the Legal department, Central Executive Committee of the “Our Ukraine” Political Party

2007 – 2010 – Executive Director in the Lawyer Group, Collegium

2008 – 2014 – Private Law Practice

2014 – 2019 – Member of the Central Election Commission

In 2012 certified to practice law

Official Observer of Ukraine’s 2004 Presidential elections.

Political party proxy in the nationwide multi-mandate constituency in the 2007 and 2012 Verkhovna Rada elections.

2018 – Completed international internship to ensure effective investigation of election fraud and its prevention for the European Center of Electoral Support in Italy.

Honored Lawyer of Ukraine.

On October 4, 2019, appointed as a Member of the Central Election Commission by a Resolution of the Verkhovna Rada, Number 176-IX. On the same day, took the oath as a Member of the Central Election Commission and was elected Chairman of the Commission.
