Education

In 2004 graduated Ivan Pulyuy Ternopil National Technical University with a Master’s degree in Biotechnical and Medical Devices and Systems.

Career

2009 – 2010 – Director of the Department for Personnel of Higher Education and Civil Service of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine

2012 – 2014 – Assistant to the MP of Ukraine

2014 – Assistant to the Minister of Education and Science of Ukraine

2014 – 2016 – Deputy Minister of Education and Science of Ukraine

2016 – 2017 – Advocacy Manager at the Coalition of NGOs of the Resuscitation Reform Package

2017 – Capacity Development Coordinator at the Central Office of Reforms under the Ministry of Regional Development, Construction and Housing of Ukraine (U-LEAD Europe program)

2018 – Head of the Advocacy Department at Coalition of Nongovernment Organizations of the Resuscitation Package of Reforms

Co-author of training materials for members of election commissions in the VYBORCOM online training system for employees of the State Register of Voters, created with the support of the OSCE Project Coordinator in Ukraine (2009).

On October 4, 2019, appointed as a member of the Central Election Commission by Resolution of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, Number 173-IX. On the same day, took the oath of a member of the Central Election Commission.

Appointed to be responsible for overseeing the execution of powers of the Central Election Commission in the Ivano Frankivsk and Ternopil Regions.

Responsible for coordination of:

Measures to increase legal awareness, legal culture and responsibility of voters and other participants in the election and referendum processes

Training of members of election and referenda commissions

Provision of educational and methodological materials to members of election and referenda commissions, organization of preparation and conduction of elections and referenda, practical application of Ukrainian legislation on elections and referenda

Receipt of information to the Central Election Commission regarding the organization of preparation and administration of local elections
